Non-surgical therapy

PRP hair treatment in Hyderabad

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses your own blood plasma, naturally rich in growth factors, to support hair follicles and slow hair fall. It is a non-surgical treatment done in the clinic.

How PRP works

  1. 01A small amount of blood is drawn.
  2. 02The plasma is concentrated in the clinic.
  3. 03It is gently injected across the scalp where the hair is thinning.

Who PRP suits

PRP is designed to support hair density and thickness over a series of sessions. It uses only your own biology.*

  • Early-stage thinning
  • Scalp support after a hair transplant
  • Ongoing maintenance for patients who have responded to treatment

Sessions and timing

A typical course is 4 to 6 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart. Your doctor may combine PRP with other therapies, such as exosomes, for layered support.

Why HASCI starts with an assessment

Hair fall can have more than one cause. Before any therapy, a doctor examines your scalp and, where needed, suggests blood tests for nutritional deficiencies, iron levels and hormones. If the cause is internal, treating only the scalp is half the answer.

Hair loss caused by the immune system attacking the follicles needs a different approach, and the doctor will tell you if this applies to you.

PRP hair treatment cost

The cost depends on the number of sessions recommended for you and whether PRP is combined with other therapies. You receive an itemised quote after your consultation.

Questions people ask

How many PRP sessions do I need?+

Usually 4 to 6 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart. Your doctor sets the number after examining your scalp.

What is the difference between PRP and GFC?+

PRP contains a natural mix of growth factors from your plasma. GFC is a refined preparation with a higher, more consistent concentration and typically less inflammation.

Can I have PRP after a hair transplant?+

Yes. PRP is compatible with hair transplant aftercare and is often used to support the scalp.

Will PRP regrow a bald area?+

PRP supports follicles that are still active. Where follicles have been lost, a transplant is the option that restores hair.
