• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email, city, and anything you type into a message — when you fill a form on this website, submit an enquiry form on Facebook or Instagram, call us, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Consultation information — details about your hair and scalp that you choose to share with our doctor during a consultation. This is used only for your care.
• Website usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

• To call or message you back about the consultation or treatment you asked about.
• To schedule, prepare for and follow up on your consultation or procedure.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are useful, and to show relevant HASCI ads to people who visited our site.
• To meet our legal and medical record-keeping obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools set cookies that tell us when a visit leads to an enquiry and let us measure our advertising. Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the clinic and this website (for example hosting, email, CRM and messaging providers), with advertising platforms as described above, and where the law requires it. Our providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and patient records for as long as Indian medical record-keeping rules require. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also withdraw consent and raise a grievance with us. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive medical documents through web forms — bring them to your consultation instead.
